The Rich Content Menu toolbar includes an option to insert or edit media in all edit pages in Canvas . To embed media:

1. Click the insert media icon

2. Click the embed tab

3. Get the embed code from an external service (ie. Youtube or Vimeo)

4. Paste the embed code

5. Click OK

You will see the following:

You will see the video once you've saved the page.

If you want to change the size of the video display, click the General tab, if you want to add an alt tag, click the Advanced tab.
