Content in small snippets

  • Consider displaying contents in short snippets at a time
  • Consideration for different formats and platforms that students may be consuming the contents 

Avoid hard coding semester specific information into documents     

  • Avoiding putting due dates and any other semester specific information into documents so that when you copy your content from one term to the next one you will have less content to review and update

Feature Previews: ePub Exporting

  • Turn on ePub exporting to allow students to export content only for offline viewing of the course contents

Organize Files

  • Create folders to organize content
  • When copying content to next semester consider removing content not required in the import process (use the select specific content option)
  • If required create a folder for each semester and put all files in it
