Session Description

Funding post-secondary education can be difficult at the best of times. These challenges are exacerbated at the graduate level, due to more complex program structure and funding requirements.  Students with disabilities have added challenges, ranging from pursuing funding to paying for course and research accommodations, and purchasing needed technology for graduate work. This presentation will highlight barriers faced by graduate students with disabilities and discuss potential solutions implementable at the institutional financial aid level.
