Post-secondary environments, for many, represent bureaucratic administrative silos with fixed resource allocation. In this session we will discuss the merits of intentional collaboration among student-facing student service professionals. In addition, we will look at some examples of collaborative case-management; in particular, how they were developed, sustained and have resulted in working collaborations that are efficient, nimble and responsive. Participants should walk away from the session with actionable items that support creating and sustaining collaborative student-facing work teams.
