Congratulations to the winners of the Spring 2021 Chemsitry Undergraduate Research Awards!
A Message from Evon Khor, Undergraduate Advisor:
I have the pleasure of announcing the following students who have won the Spring 2021 Chemistry Undergraduate Presentation Awards for their work presented on April 22nd, 2021. Monetary prizes in the amount of $250 will be awarded to the winners.
Kaitlin Branch presented her Chem 484 work titled "Positional Effects on the CO2 Reduction Activity of Hydroxyphenyl- Substituted Porphyrins" (supervisor: Dr. Jeffrey Warren).
Steven Kidd presented his Chem 481 work titled "Synthesis of Metallophthalocyanine N-Heterocyclic Carbene Complexes" (supervisor: Dr. Daniel Leznoff).
Jacob Syme presented his Chem 481 work titled "Strong Coupling Light-Matter Interactions" (supervisor: Dr. Gary Leach).
Alex Woinoski presented his Chem 484 work titled "Neutron activation analysis using GEARS detector" (supervisor: Dr. Krzysztof Starosta).
