Booking Your Flight

We have arranged for a local travel agent to serve as the conference travel coordinator:

Of course, you are free to make travel arrangements through your regular agent. But if cost is a concern, then consider getting a quote from Marsha. If you are interested, here are some more details.

1. You can either email Marsha, or call her toll free number. Mention that you are with the CMSG.
2. Marsha will set up seat selections and a frequent flyer account with you.
3. For those arriving from the U.S., special rates are available (on both American Airlines and America West) through a wholesaler.
4. For travel from cities within Canada, best rates available plus no service fee.
5. Marsha can also help you book local dining, local tours, tours up to Whistler or the Islands, etc.
