How to Accept Your Offer

Paying your deposit tells us that you've accepted our offer. To pay your deposit:

  • log into your student account at go.sfu.ca
  • make sure that your browser's pop-up blocker is turned off
  • scroll to the bottom of the page
  • click on "accept offer"

 

NOTE: The admission deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable

Offer Acceptance Status

Acceptance letters are formally issued by Student Services' Admissions office.

  • Spring term (January): Admission offers are made from September to November.
  • Summer term (May): Admission offers are made from October to April.
  • Fall term (September): Admission offers are made from January to June.

Please contact Student Services for your application status.

After you’ve submitted your application to SFU Admissions, self-reporting grades are open for BC high school applicants. Offers for conditional admissions are sent out to students in January 2019 with another round of offers to be communicated in May. Please remember grades still matter, all conditional offers of admission are reviewed upon receiving final grades.

Please check your email for offer acceptance. Even though we have made an offer to you, it is the student’s responsibility to confirm their offer acceptance through go.sfu.ca
