C&M content schedule update and call for story submissions
We wanted to share a quick update from C&M regarding our content schedule. As the provincial state of emergency has been extended for another two weeks, we continue to use SFU’s institutional channels for essential COVID-related updates and news and advice featuring SFU experts. As our community continues to operate in this new world, we have also begun to share timely non COVID-related news/events that are important for our community.
Additional stories are underway with the C&M team to recognize the great work and response that has taken place across SFU.
If you have stories, please let us know! We’re looking for:
- experts in your faculty or department who can speak to a COVID-related issue or timely news/events for the community
- persons/groups supporting students/staff in new or unexpected ways
- creative or innovative ways that the SFU community is staying connected
- acts of exceptional kindness or empathy from community members
Submit your story ideas to - https://www.sfu.ca/communicators-toolkit/submit/story-idea.html. If you’ve already posted a story of this nature on your channel, let us know, and we may be able to amplify it through SFU’s institutional channels.
Thanks for the work you’re doing to support students, faculty, staff and each other during this time. We look forward to hearing from you!
