Page Types
Page types are templates to assist in building your website layout and navigation. Each SFU-branded template contains default elements such as a header, a navigation bar, and a footer. Some pages are available for specialty content like news pages, faculty profile and blog pages.
For more information about creating a new page see Basic Authoring.
Faculty Profile Page
The faculty profile page is a special template to create a profile page for a faculty member. It includes the faculty member’s name, a photo, position, contact information, and courses being taught. These faculty profile pages can also be used to set up a people directory page.
Faculty Profile Site
The faculty profile site is an expanded version of the faculty profile page. It includes multiple pages for research projects, research contributions and teaching information. This site template is completely customizable.
