Save your event / add to waiver

Save your event; it will not be published.

The Event Dashboard will appear. Select the check to preview or the upload button to publish and make live.

When you make it live, you will see a link to Facebook prompt: DO NOT add this event to Facebook within EventBrite. This feature allows Facebook to access registrant’s personal information, and is a violation of FIPPA (Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act).

To add additional information to your Collection Notice and Privacy Waiver and/or access this notice/waiver to ensure the correct name and contact information are included, follow these steps:

Access your waiver by selecting ManageOrder OptionsOrder Form. Ensure that Buyer Only is checked.

Scroll down to the end of the questions section. Select the gear wheel to edit the waiver.

Once you've created your event in Eventrbite, there are a few final steps to follow in Livewhale Calendar to publish your event to the main calendar.
