Strategic Career Management

In this course, you'll explore the cultural shift from a linear career management paradigm to a circular career management paradigm, and gain an understanding of both approaches. You'll examine how this shift is affecting individuals’ lives, careers and personal planning, and study the changing and abiding themes and transitions of each decade in an adult's life, including the corresponding changes in goals, values and required skills.

Through case studies, you'll analyze company strategies that have been established to maintain a vibrant work force that serves both the individual and company.
