Your Next Move: Transitioning with Intention

Would you like to design your next chapter in life, so that it reflects who you are, what’s important to you and how you wish to be in the world? In this course you will identify and clarify your desires, natural interests, and abilities. You’ll imagine possibilities, discover your “why” and create your own vision statement. You’ll also develop a plan to lay the groundwork for your next move. Opportunities and challenges mean transition, so we will examine the phases of transition, and the importance of mindset and navigating change.

Note: This course is delivered through two different websites: SFU’s Canvas and OneLifeTools. Students will have the opportunity to share and develop their plan and ideas with one another.

A $60 discount will be applied automatically for adults 55+.
