Your Next Move: Transitioning with Intention

How do you envision your 55+ life? Would you like to design your next chapter, making it one that reflects who you are, what’s important to you and how you wish to be in the world?

In this online course you will identify and clarify your desires, natural interests, talents and abilities. You’ll imagine possibilities, discover your “why” and create your own vision statement. You’ll also develop an exploration plan, laying the groundwork for your next move. Opportunities and challenges mean transition, so we will also examine the different phases of transition and discover the importance of mindset and navigating change.

Note: This course is delivered through two different websites: SFU’s Canvas and OneLifeTools. Students will have the opportunity to share and develop their plan and ideas with one another.
