Your Next Move: Transitioning with Intention

At 55+ you may be wondering what’s next for you. Maybe you’re not interested in winding down as you approach traditional retirement age. Instead, you may be curious about what is possible. There’s a smorgasbord of options to consider. You could continue to work, start a new career, opt for a part-time gig, travel, return to school, start your own business or devote time to civic engagement and community service. Which options make sense for you, and how do you want to show up in your next chapter?

You will take stock of your current situation, interests and strengths; explore your values and priorities; and identify future possibilities. You will formulate and implement an action plan, laying the groundwork for your next move.

This online course is delivered through SFU’s Canvas website. If you’re comfortable with Internet browsers, email and social media, you should find Canvas intuitive and straightforward to use.
