  • Krista Wallace

Krista Wallace is an author who writes mostly fantasy, but has mucked about with other genres and short fiction. She has been a finalist in several contests (most recently Colorado Gold) and won a couple of them. Her short story, "The Inner Light," appears in Issue 6 of Pulp Literature magazine, and "The Pageant—A Battle Maiden's Cunning Stunt" can be found online in Electric Spec magazine. She has her BFA in theatre from the University of Victoria. After focusing her attentions elsewhere for a long time, she returned to the stage to play Mrs. Pearce in the Royal City Musical Theatre production of My Fair Lady in 2015. She loves serving as musical director for musical theatre productions with young people (In the Heights, Urinetown, Hairspray, Anything Goes, etc.). Krista also sings jazz in a big band and in a trio. Most recently she added audiobook narration to her busy schedule. The rest of the time, she can be found writing in a closet in Port Coquitlam, B.C.
