How would you describe your fundamental role as a parent?

Krista Wallace is an author who writes mostly fantasy, but has mucked about with other genres. She has been a finalist in several contests and won a few of them. She has a BFA in theatre from the University of Victoria. Cool recent experiences include co-creating and co-starring in a play with her husband and two offspring in the Victoria Fringe Theatre Festival, and the publication of her story, "To Serve and Protect" in the anthology 49th Parallels from Bundoran Press. Her work can also be read in PULP Literature magazine and online at Electic Spec. She loves being a musical director for musical theatre productions with young people (Rent, In the Heights, Urinetown, Anything Goes, etc.). Krista also sings jazz in the big band, FAT Jazz and in a duo, the Itty Bitty Big Band. She writes in a closet in Port Coquitlam, BC.
