Executive Director Pro-D Day Conference 2018

Are you an executive director or senior leader in a non-profit organization wanting to transform the way you approach your work? Do you want to acquire more tools and strategies to help you excel in your role as a leader in the non-profit sector?

Join us at this one-day conference and participate in your choice of workshops delivered by experienced executive directors and other non-profit experts on topics including impact assessment, fund development, building diverse teams, succession planning, ED performance reviews and strategic planning.

Joan Garry, of the podcast Nonprofits Are Messy and former executive director of America’s civil rights organization GLADD, will join participants in a live-stream virtual session and Q&A to discuss the challenges of leadership and the importance of self-care as an ED.
