    Diana is a retired lawyer, who was a founder of the People's Law School and active in the early years of the Gay Rights and Women's Rights movements. Happily with and married to Mark Battersby since 1971. They have six children and eight Grandchildren with whom they enjoy spending a great deal of time. She writes primarily short pieces of creative non-fiction and loves swimming and gardening.
