Bill Buholzer

Urban Planning
Bill Buholzer is associate counsel at Young Anderson, where his legal practice focuses on planning and land use management. He has a master’s degree in planning from the University of British Columbia’s School of Community and Regional Planning (SCARP). Bill teaches planning law at SCARP and in Vancouver Island University’s Master of Community Planning program. He has written extensively on planning and local government law. Bill is a member of the Canadian Instittue of Planners' College of Fellows.
