Rosalyn Kaplan

Roz Kaplan, the director of SFU's Seniors Program since February 2011, has had 30 years of experience in seniors' activities and management.

She holds a BA in political science from the University of Michigan and a master's in public administration and gerontology from Wayne State University in Detroit. 

Her previous experience includes the chief operating officer position at the Mayerson Jewish Community Center in Cincinnati. She has also taught gerontology courses at Mott Community College in Michigan and has presented papers at several conferences on seniors' issues. She maintains an active interest in gerontology.
