Gerry Mulholland

Gerry Mulholland has a background in retail planning, development, marketing, and operations, including several years of management experience at a large Canadian national retail chain.

Gerry currently works with GP Rollo and Associates, Land Associates, where he assists clients in investigating commercial and institutional business opportunities by preparing business plans, marketing and merchandising strategies, capital and operating budgets, and financing strategies.

Gerry prepares many of the highest and best-use analyses, market studies, feasibility studies, plus investment and valuation analyses in formulating business plans and development strategies for clients' real property holdings. He is also involved in the preparation of the firm’s real estate courses and technical background reports.
