Mary-Beth Rondeau

Mary Beth Rondeau, MAIBC, LEED AP, is senior urban designer and architect for the City of Surrey. Since joining the Ciity in 2008, she has worked on the City Centre Plan Update policy, urban design principles and preparing a 3D model, and the Green Network Study. She reviews all major developments in Surrey north for urban design including City Centre towers, mixed-use and residential proposals. Policy work also includes urban design principles and guidelines for the Official Community Plan.

Previously she was an urban designer with the City of Vancouver. Her urban design and planning projects included Southeast False Creek Private Lands, the Mount Pleasant Urban Design Study, and policy work on Green Building Strategy and Environmental Sustainability.
