SFU’s Philosopher’s Café celebrated Vancouver’s 125th anniversary this spring by offering two free Vancouver-themed cafes.

Participants at the first café, called “The Vancouver Identity,” explored how we distinguish ourselves as Vancouverites on February 21 at Sunset Community Centre.

The second was called “Vancouver at 125—Where Do We Go From Here?” Participants discussed how the past informs the present and how they would like to see the city grow in the future. The group met at Creekside Community Recreation Centre on April 14.
