Shawn Smith

Shawn Smith is an adjunct professor and founding director of RADIUS, a social innovation lab and venture incubator based at SFU’s Beedie School of Business. He spent nine years working with, in and on social impact organizations on three continents. A founder of several organizations—including Impaqto Quito, Global Agents for Change, and Education Generation—Smith speaks and consults regularly on social entrepreneurship, impact investing and international development.

Smith completed his MBA at the University of Oxford in 2010 as a Skoll Scholar in Social Entrepreneurship.

Shawn is an advisor for the Social Innovation Certificate program.
