Coursework: What to expect
Most courses within the program will require pre-reading, take-home assignments, group discussions and case studies.
By the time you have completed the last course in the program, we expect that you will have read through A Guide to the Business Analysis Body of Knowledge® version 3.0. This textbook is available to purchase through the IIBA website. See individual courses for further textbook information. The cost of textbooks is not included in your tuition.
To receive the Business Analysis Certificate, complete and pass all courses and submit a graduation request form. We evaluate your work on a pass/fail basis using a combination of your assignments, individual or group projects, participation and attendance.
Note: The Business Analysis Certificate final exam has been discontinued as of 2018. Students who enroll in the program on January 1, 2018 or later will not be required to write the exam as part of graduation requirements.
Attendance and participation throughout the full duration of a course is mandatory if you wish to be eligible to receive the Business Analysis Certificate.
