We will evaluate your application to this full-time program based on your academic qualifications, work experience, and interest in the field. You should have one year of work or volunteer experience in career development or a related field such as teaching, coaching, marketing, management, human resources or customer service. We may contact you for a pre-admission interview.
You should have an undergraduate degree. If you do not, we may still consider your application if you can demonstrate substantial practical experience.
NOTE: You must be legally entitled to work in Canada because this program requires a practicum.

- A resumé that includes your education and work history
- A letter telling us about your experience and interest in career development and let us know why you think the Career Development Practitioner Certificate is right for you (300 words max)

English language requirements
To succeed in our programs and courses, you will need an advanced level of written and spoken English. If you are unsure whether your English language skills are sufficient, we recommend you complete the International English Language Testing System (IELTS) with a minimum overall band score of 6.5 (unless otherwise noted). If you have questions or concerns about your English language proficiency, we encourage you to contact your local IELTS Test Centre.
