SFU launches ‘out-of-this-world’ April Fools prank

Creative Services, in collaboration with Public and Media Relations, Work Integrated Learning and Alumni Relations, launched a Semester in Space program at a “satellite” campus located on the International Space Station.

The April Fools prank, featuring former astronaut Robert Thirsk and Dr. Jon Driver, Vice-President, Academic, has drawn widespread international attention and was picked up by several publications, including The Huffington Post and The Vancouver Sun.
