The Emerging Graduate Leaders (EGL) program is now open for registration!

The Emerging Graduate Leaders Program is a new program developed by Student Engagement and Retention, and open to all SFU Masters students. It is a great opportunity to consider what leadership means in the context of your graduate degree, life and career.

  • Consider the application of key leadership skills to your academic program, research, career and life
  • Analyze the concept of leadership from theoretical and applied perspectives
  • Critically assess what leadership and being a leader means to you
  • Meet and learn with fellow graduate students from different faculties

Delivered in a cohort model, the curriculum offers you the chance to build on your knowledge from one session to the next, creating the opportunity for more profound self-reflection and more meaningful social interactions with other participants.
