Sustainable SFU is Presenting a free event : Talk Food to Me - Opportunities in Food


On March 4th, we will be showcasing five outstanding community food organizations to students who are interested in learning about and engaging with the food community. It will consist in a panel-style presentation by five food organizations, a Q&A period and a chance for students to learn about volunteer opportunities with these organizations. Sole Foods Street Farms, Growing Chefs, The Vancouver Fruit Tree Project, The Edible Gardens Project, and Potluck Cafe and Catering will all be at the event to share their experiences and expertise on the sustainable food industry. Light refreshments will be provided.
