We’re delighted to announce the recipients of the 2014 Dean of Graduate Studies Awards for Excellence. There were excellent nominees in each category and the selection committees were impressed with the quality of the contributions of each of the nominees to the graduate enterprise at SFU.

Dr. Wade Parkhouse, Dean of Graduate Studies, says, "I was particularly impressed with the contributions of each of individuals and humbled by their efforts on behalf of graduate students to ensure that the students have a quality educational experience at SFU."

The 2015 Dean of Graduate Studies Awards for Excellence are open for nominations. Deadline for nominations is March 15, 2015.

    The Wayne Vucinich Fellowship, through the Center for Russian, East European and Eurasian Studies (CREEES) at Stanford University, is a 12-week residential fellowship to be offered from April-June 2018. It is open to scholars of any discipline and funds international travel, health insurance, and a visa, in addition to a $12,000 stipend for living expenses. Apply by January 10, 2018.
