If you are a graduate student submitting a thesis to the Library in Summer 2014, you are strongly encouraged to book a "Pre-Submission Review" with the Theses Office. It is advised that this appointment take place before your thesis defence, in order to ensure appointment availability and that your thesis is ready for submission before the deadline.

Your thesis and supporting documentation must be submitted to the Thesis Registration System by 4:00pm on August 29, 2014 (or within 3 weeks of the date on your signed Supervisor Revision Memo, whichever happens first), in order to be awarded your degree in Summer 2014.

During the pre-submission review, the Assistant for Theses will ensure that your thesis meets all formatting requirements and assist with any trouble-shooting.

Appointment times are bookable online. Please email theses@sfu.ca to arrange an appointment directly if there are no online times that work with your schedule.
