The Canadian Science Writers’ Association (CSWA) is having an informal event in Vancouver on November 20, 2015.

The event will start with a tour of the Vancouver Sun with Pamela Fayerman, Health Issues reporter, and then Sun Editor-in-chief, Harold Munro, will speak about freelancing opportunities. Finally, it's off to Steamworks Pub for a drink and snacks! 

This event is open to everyone and is an networking opportunity to connect with non-members and especially students interested in science communication careers. 

CSWA will also be giving away a FREE one-year membership (to be drawn at the pub)!
