DEMOFest offers you the opportunity to see real learning solutions demonstrated live by your peers! Learn about the tools, techniques and technologies used to create them, network with your colleagues and get some great ideas that you can apply in your work.

SFU instructors and students have access to all sorts of learning technologies, from Canvas to iClickers to web-based research tools. But technology isn't an end in itself. DEMOFest 2015 is about how instructors are using those technologies in ways that produce exciting and original educational experiences leading to student engagement and strong learning outcomes.

Come and talk to faculty members and instructors about the ways in which they have taken advantage of the available tools in their own classrooms. Drop in for a single demo or stay for the whole day. The presentations will take place in and around the Teaching and Learning Centre in the Education Building—which means you'll be able to tour the facilities that are available to you, including the TLC Media Studio, which offers you space for video and audio production. Plus, there will be refreshments! Come alone or bring a colleague to this fun and inspiring event.
