External Award: IMPRS-MCB PhD Scholarship for Fall 2017

Apply to complete your PhD tuition-free, with monthly living costs covered, in Germany at the International Max Planck School for Molecular and Cellular Biology (IMPRS-MCB).

Located in Freiburg, Germany, the IMPRS-MCB's PhD program offers excellent research-oriented interdisciplinary training in Biochemistry, Cell Biology, Developmental Biology, Epigenetics, Immunobiology and Molecular Biology.

Winners of the IMPRS-MCB PhD scholarship have no tuition fees and they receive student contracts for the duration of their PhD (3-4 years) that cover monthly living costs in Freiburg.

Applicants have to hold an MSc/Diploma in Biology/Biomedicine/Biochemistry/ Bioinformatics or related subject. The program is taught in English and knowledge of German is not required to apply. See here for full eligibility details and application instructions.
