Let's Talk is back for the Fall! This program is designed for graduate students who may not need traditional counselling but who could benefit from one-to-one consultation and support. These consultations can help you access to support, provide perspective, and help you explore resources and options.

Susan Brook from SFU Health & Counselling Services will be holding free drop-in consultations for graduate students. These sessions will be confidential and informal (not to be a substitute for traditional counselling), and offered on a first-come, first-served basis. No appointment necessary.

Let's Talk will be held Tuesdays, September 5 to November 28 from 11:30-12:30 pm in Harbour Centre 1100

Health & Counselling Services also offers a variety of other services, including a health clinic and free yoga and mindful meditation. Be sure to check out their website to learn more.
