Message on behalf of the Office of the Vice-President, Research:

On Monday, April 9, 2018, Tim Wilson, Executive Director, Research Grants and Partnerships Division, Social Sciences and Humanities Research Council of Canada (SSHRC), will be present at Simon Fraser University’s Burnaby campus. 

Tim Wilson will provide an overview of recent results and modifications to SSHRC's core research grant programs: Insight and Partnership programming. He will also respond to questions, as well as welcome comments or suggestions for improvements, with respect to SSHRC’s suite of programs.

Please join us for this conversation. SSHRC welcomes your questions and input.

  • Presentations: 10:00 am – 12:00 pm, (presentations by SFU's SSHRC Awardees, with Tim Wilson in attendance)
  • Open Forum: 2:00 pm – 4:00, (Open Forum with SFU Staff and Faculty, with presentation by Tim Wilson) 
  • Location: Presentation Studio in SFU’s Big Data Hub, Room ASB 10900

You are welcome to attend either or both events.
