Free 10-Week Intensive International TA Seminar

Are you a grad student who speaks English as an additional language and wants to improve your teaching and communication skills? Then this seminar is for you!

The 10-week Intensive International TA Seminar is specially designed for teaching assistants and graduate students who speak English as an additional language. The seminar helps students' academic communication and teaching skills.

The seminar is free and open to all new and current SFU grad students in all disciplines. Those who expect to have teaching assignments in their first or second term will have priority.

$100 refundable deposit is required. You have to attend seven out of 10 sessions in order to receive your certificate of completion and to have your deposit refunded. Refunds are issued in the original method of payment and to the original payee only.
