Starting Aug 1: Free Mental Health Support via My SSP

My SSP is a free service available to all SFU students starting Aug 1, 2018, as a two-year pilot project, funded by SFU and the Simon Fraser Student Society (SFSS).

With My SSP, all graduate and undergraduate students (and post doctoral fellows) will have access to immediate or ongoing, confidential support - accessible from anywhere in the world by phone or through the downloadable app.

Worldwide, immediate options are available 24/7 in English, French, Korean, Chinese, Arabic and Spanish.

Culturally-relevant support and counselling in multiple additional languages is also available.

Services include:

  • 24/7 call/chat support
  • Online booking for video, phone or in-person counselling appointments
  • Supportive Resources and Info
