EdD graduate in the Faculty of Education

Michelle is a recent EdD graduate in the Faculty of Education. Her program is focused on Educational Leadership in Post-Secondary Contexts. Michelle's doctoral thesis is titled, BSN Nurse Educator Conceptions of Teaching: The Science and Art of Nursing Education. She works as a nurse educator.

Why did you choose to come to SFU?

I like SFU's philosophy of Engaging the World - progressive thinking, care, and enactment.

Tell us about your research and/or program.

One of the most challenging but rewarding experiences I have encountered. Expanded my awareness - taught me to think better.

What are you particularly enjoying about your studies/research at SFU?

The relationships that I established with my education cohort and professors.
