Secretary to the Associate Dean, Academics
First point of contact for the Associate Dean, Academics. Assistant to the Senate Graduate Studies Committee and Graduate Program Assistant for the Special Arrangements PhD program.
Provides direction and solutions to meet the office business requirements. Responsible for the implementation and maintenance of Graduate Progress Reports (GPRs).
First point of contact for visitors to the office. Assists with the website and responds to inquiries regarding graduate programs and services, student records, deadlines, financial assistance and other academic or administrative services.
Junior Business Analyst
Provides assistance with troubleshooting day-to-day issues, running queries, maintaining the Academic Progress Report, preparing documents for IT projects, and testing modifications or fixes to systems.
Director, Graduate and Postdoctoral Studies
Oversees the operation of the Graduate and Postdoctoral office. The Director also assists the Dean in policy matters, strategic priorities and special projects.
Associate Director, Training and Awards
Responsible for the implementation of policies and processes regarding the training and adjudication of awards and related events; coordinates and supports programs relating to professional development for graduate students.
Manager, Financial and Awards Systems
Administers all budgetary and financial matters regarding graduate scholarship funding, award payments, and departmental operating budgets.
Associate Director, Graduate Admissions, Records and Registration
Provides leadership in the development, integration, management, and delivery of graduate student services including: admission, registration, student records, and graduation.
Coordinator, Academic Programs, Policy, and Curriculum
Responsible for administering and providing advice regarding graduate curriculum and associated procedures and policies.
Manager, Graduate Admissions, Records and Registration
Responsible for the day-to-day management of graduate student services including: admission, registration, student records, and graduation processes.
Immigration Consultant (CAPE)
Provides support to postdoctoral fellows as well as immigration advice and assistance to visiting graduate research students and visiting scholars.
Group Lead, Admissions and Records
Directs the day-to-day work flow of the Records Assistants. Responds to inquiries and troubleshoots complicated issues relating to: admissions, registration, student records, and graduation.
