Degree Completion

There are a number of academic and administrative steps involved in the final stages of your degree program. All requirements are governed by Graduate General Regulations (1.9 - 1.11).

Confirming your attendance at convocation is done through the Student Information System after you have received your Senate letter.

Please note: Registration opens approximately 3 weeks prior to convocation.

Step 1

  • Log into SIS
  • On the top Main Menu, click SIS > Self Service > Graduation/Convocation > Confirm Convoc Attendance.

  • Confirm the details listed on this page
  • Read the permission to release photographs and select your choice
  • Click Confirm Attendance
  • A new screen will open confirming your attendance. 
  • Please note that you may confirm that you have successfully completed this process by checking that the "Confirm Attendance" link is now greyed out.
