Confirming your attendance at convocation is done through the Student Information System after you have received your Senate letter.
Please note: Registration opens approximately 3 weeks prior to convocation.
- Log into SIS
- On the top Main Menu, click SIS > Self Service > Graduation/Convocation > Confirm Convoc Attendance.
- Click the ceremony code for your designated ceremony (A through F)

- Confirm the details listed on this page
- Read the permission to release photographs and select your choice
- Click Confirm Attendance
- A new screen will open confirming your attendance.
- Please note that you may confirm that you have successfully completed this process by checking that the "Confirm Attendance" link is now greyed out.
