Thinking of applying for residence?

If you would like to live in residence, we strongly suggest that you apply as soon as possible to ensure the best probability of getting a housing offer. Spaces are limited and are offered on a first-come-first-served basis. Submit your completed application today.

Residence Options

There are two residence options for graduate students.

Hamilton Hall (Burnaby Campus)

Built in 1993 and renovated in 2009, Hamilton Hall is designed with you in mind. Take your first step in living on campus and being part of a community. Hamilton Hall is a studio style, private single room suite that includes a private washroom and kitchen for graduate students.

Charles Chang Innovation Centre (CCIC)

SFU residents living at the Charles Chang Innovation Centre (CCIC) means that you get to live right in the heart of downtown Vancouver and the SFU Vancouver campus community - a bustling urban center, full of charm, nightlife, art and restaurants. CCIC provides both studio style and 2-bedroom apartments that include a private washroom and kitchen.
