Job Posting: Dialogue and Public Engagement Coordinator

The Dialogue and Public Engagement Coordinator will help to implement public and stakeholder engagement projects at the SFU Centre for Dialogue. Key focus areas will include servicing government clients through the Centre’s social enterprise, as well as supporting the 2015/16 Jack P. Blaney Award for Dialogue, which will include a series of high profile public and stakeholder-based events exploring the intersection between dialogue and climate solutions.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent outreach and communications skills and have a strong attention to detail, with the ability to build strong relationships and manage logistics for complex events under high scrutiny. Applicants should have a keen interest in public engagement and dialogue, including the ability to maintain neutrality and engage across diverse world views.
