About Moving in a Livable Region (MLR):

Moving in a Livable Region (MLR) is a consortium of governmental representatives, non-governmental organizations, businesses, academics, industry representatives, and other stakeholders who aim to build a more resilient, equitable, economically viable, and healthy region. MLR recognizes that we can only move forward as a region when we work together and understand the value priorities we each share for our communities. We also acknowledge that positive growth in this region can be achieved when we improve our mobility and land-use planning practices.
