Public Space Gallery Walk
On March 14th, 2019, a group of four students from the Spring 2019 cohort of Semester in Dialogue put on a gallery walk at CityLab on the corner of Broadway and Cambie street.
In collaboration with the City of Vancouver and CityStudio, the purpose of the event was to gather public opinions on what is considered inclusive public space. Data was collected from a variety of communities in the form of a picture to showcase what Vancouverites think about public space and to present the perspectives of communities that are underrepresented in urban planning decision making.
