Your Accommodation Includes
All rooms are set with linen, towels, soap and drinking glass. For reservations of 3 or more days, towels will be exchanged every 2 nd day and rooms will receive room service and sheet change on the 4 th day. If guests require additional towels, they can be exchanged at the Front Desk during office hours.
Kitchens (except for the deluxe rooms) are not equipped with plates and cooking utensils. They may be rented for a small fee. Roll away beds are available for an additional $10.00 per night and can be used in the Quad or 1-bedroom Apartments only. We recommend that roll away beds and kitchen kits be reserved in advance to ensure availability.
Deposit, Payment and Cancellation Policy
In order to confirm your reservation a credit card guarantee or a deposit of the first night room and tax is required. For cancellations up to 48 hours prior to arrival a $15 administrative fee will be processed on the credit card or deducted from the deposit. For cancellations within 48 hours of arrival, a one night room & tax charge will be processed. Full payment is due upon arrival. Cheques make payable to UBCO Conference Services.
