UBC Okanagan - Earth and Environmental Sciences

 

The Department of Earth and Environmental Sciences of the Irving K. Barber School of Arts and Sciences at UBC Okanagan requires one or more instructors for the following Earth and Environmental Science courses:

 

Winter Session: Term 1 (September - December 2009)

EESC 325: Structure and Tectonics

EESC 201: Optical Mineralogy and Petrology

 

Winter Session: Term 2 (January– April, 2010)

EESC 423: Tracers of Natural Processes (Isotope Geochemistry)

 

Prepared teaching materials are available for these courses.

Preference will be given to applicants with a PhD in Earth and Environmental Sciences, or to those nearing completion in a PhD program. Postsecondary teaching experience is preferred.
