Understanding the role of basal processes in glacier surface structure evolution
I am working on using glacier surface structures to help develop projections of mass change in the alpine glaciers of the St-Elias Mountain range, South West Yukon. My work combines modelling of surface melting and field-based structural mapping of glacier surfaces with numerical modeling of ice flow.
