Research Interests

My scholarship work focuses on issues of diversity in education, as they relate to international migration in diverse sociolinguistics and organizational contexts.

My research interests include intercultural/multicultural education policies and practices; educational leadership related to managing diversity; cultural and religious accommodation in education; intercultural education training; social representations of otherness and identity; socio-cultural integration of visible minorities in Francophone schools; experiences of international Francophone students in higher education in BC.
