OVERVIEW

A Graduate Diploma in Advanced Professional Studies in Education (GDE) program developed in partnership with School District #33, Chilliwack, for educators interested in exploring inquiry, cross-curricular and interdisciplinary learning while enjoying the support of a collaborative community.

This two-year, 30-unit program of study is for teachers whose primary focus is school-based educational practice. It provides the opportunity to engage in focused, sustained reflective inquiry. Completion of the diploma allows teachers to move from TQS category 4 to TQS 5 or from category 5 to 5+.

  • Classes (per term): Mondays (online) and 3 Saturdays (in-person)

  • 2020/21 Tuition*: $320.28/unit
  • (Students register for 5 units per term)
    *Subject to estimated 2% fee increase each September.
