Investigate the social, political, and philosophical conditions of teaching, learning, and curricular leadership in post-secondary environments.

Plan, implement, reflect upon, and evaluate your own use of innovative ideas related to curriculum and instructional practices.

Current or new instructors in post-secondary institutions, colleges as well as those engaged in similar activities involving adult education.
