On Sunday, December 18^th, the one-day free pop-up clothing shop, the Street Store, will open for residents of Vancouver’s Downtown Eastside.

This is the third year that SFU Psychology student Christina Wong has organized the Street Store to give back to homeless people living in the Downtown Eastside. Last year, Wong and her volunteer sales associates helped over 500 people choose five free items from some 2000 donations. This year she’s working hard to make it bigger and better for the community.
